We are seeking experienced Nuke Compositors to join our award-winning commercial team. Working alongside top VFX professionals in a dynamic studio environment, you will utilise your expert Nuke skills and creativity to execute compositing for commercials and advertising work.

Working closely with clients in the advertising, film, TV and music industries, we provide full-service post-production and VFX offering including high-end colour grading, 2D & 3D visual effects, shoot supervision, animation, design, direction, and concept. Description:
- Responsible for creating high-quality digital composites and visual effects for commercials and television
- Seamlessly integrate all the layers or elements of a shot, including live-action and computer graphics elements
- Strong sense of colour, colour-space and attention to detail
- Ability to do any required tracking (both 2D and 3D)
- Ability to work on complex shots
- Follow production process and develop creative approaches and problem-solving
- Proficient in using 2.5d approaches, projections, and using 3D environment within Nuke
- Work closely with VFX Supervisors and 2D Supervisors to composite the numerous elements that complete a VFX shot
- Work in partnership with lighters and other compositors to ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard
- Thorough understanding of compositing multi-channel lighting passes and how each channel contributes to the final image
Requirements:
- Ideally minimum of 4 years experience (in the commercial/advertising industry)
- Mastery of Nuke
- Expert knowledge of compositing as well as integration of 3D elements into plates
- Experience using multi-pass CG elements
- Strong artistic skills and meticulous attention to detail
- UK/London based - This person must be able to work hybrid between home and our brand new East London office

Digital Matte Painter
We are looking for Digital Matte Painters to work freelance within our Film and Episodic Department. We operate a hybrid working model in our East London office, but are open to candidates based remotely in Europe also. We are looking for someone available in May and June for an exciting episodic project with scifi environment.

Description
- Ability to create photo-realistic digital matte paintings
- Good understanding of all aspects of the digi-matte workflow with a strong knowledge of how to combine 2D and 3D elements
- Experience working with shoot data including photographic and reference data, HDRIs and photogrammetry
- Assist with the development and look of a shot/sequence with the team
- Work with the CG and Compositing teams to ensure shots are delivered to a high standard
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work to a schedule and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work
- Regular communication with supervisor and production
- Keep up to date with new tools, software, data and other related technologies
